Beyoncé has put her foot down, threatening a cease-and-desist against the Trump campaign after they decided to borrow her hit track "Freedom" without so much as a courtesy call. The 13-second video, featuring Trump descending from a plane like a dollar-store action hero, was posted by his spokesperson, Steven Cheung, on social media.

Apparently, the Trump team forgot that "Freedom" isn't just a catchy tune but Kamala Harris' unofficial campaign anthem—a detail that didn't sit well with the Queen herself. Despite the label issuing a stern warning, the video is still hanging around on Cheung's X account as of Wednesday, perhaps enjoying its final moments of freedom before Beyoncé's legal team steps in.

This isn’t Trump’s first rodeo when it comes to unauthorized music usage. He’s got a track record of turning campaign rallies into impromptu copyright infringement parties, much to the dismay of artists everywhere. Beyoncé, however, isn’t about to let her Lemonade go sour without a fight.
